A movement of energy within the atoms, it is so easy to imagine, we are each a movement of energy playing a role in the experiences of earth humans. In this energy we are eternal, we are more than the one form and all it's parts. Soul is spread throughout space and time, touching multiple areas of this atomic structure with our energy. You have always been just this. But as the form we become so much to each other; we became sister and brother, where you played the part of a caretaker as you healed my scraped knees with iodine, just like mom showed you. You were a protector of your family, carrying the lions roar of our father and you were able to follow it with action. You taught me to be a little wild and to holler out when the spirit took me.  I look around the society of the United States, a people that I believe in and trust on so many personal levels. But as a whole system I see blockades, loopholes and process designs that block Americans of color from many positions and general development despite the level of knowledge and education they have. There are little variances in the way our system and I hope by accident the people also put extra negative pressure on our fellow Americans of African descent. One can see similar actions and conditions applied across the board towards all our people in the nation or corporations, but there seems to be a way that the whole system aims at negatively affecting the development and growth of those in our society that have darker skin tones.  Imagine, it is where great ideas have been born. Dream, it is where wonderful worlds pass through your awareness and open you up to the possibilities.  You are a beam of energy touching a ball of energy in a field of energy. As a mother you do not bring energy to this world, you open the door for your own energy to touch down in a separate form as an extension from your soul. You can feel the connection, but it is from a place that proves to be difficult for the human presence alone to understand. The issue is that we get so wrapped up in the form that we as individuals become forgetful of where we really are. When we connect our brain waves to the possibilities beyond the physical we can start to gain a sense of how soul actually works.  I remember loving Christopher Columbus growing up. I still respect him and people of great adventure, but am disappointed with some of the actions that took place during and after many of the adventures that have occurred over the history of human experience.  The motion of space and time within the mind's earthly state of play assures us that we are trapped in their combined grip. With the power and influence they hold it can be difficult to stretch into the self as energy consciously overlooking as it all plays out. But that level of being is available for your brain to use and move into. When you have that in you, your presence can enjoy the whole experience as every now opens to you.  You are all God. Within your mind you can find everything imaginable. Layers and dimensions of realities that stretch and play with the fabric of light and time. Bring out the game of your consciousness to where you can create worlds, dream love unbound and share experiences with happiness as you mingle with every soul you meet.  As we each experience the body that we are connected to, we discover the ways in which the nervous system allows us to travel through it's many parts, until we feel it holds a pretty good representation of what we are. Then, if we dig deeper we may go beyond the cells and everything to find an energy behind it all that is an even better image of what we are. As that energy we seem to shine with a great light and we can carry our light through the body to focus it on any areas we choose. Your light is always around you, shining or glowing at various levels of brightness to your awareness depending on how connected you are to it, but if something needs attention you can focus your light in that area. Doing this can bolster healing and balance in a given area.  The consciousness that lies floating in the collection of atoms in your brain is billions of subatomic parts moving as energy that is stretched out of a larger flow of power from a beautiful source. Those pieces of energy carry trillions of possibilities of what can be created as they tap into and dance with atomic structure. Your human presence is a joy to that energy because you are that one in a trillion that brings forth such wonderful experiences from the field of atoms back to the presence of self. A self which can only be aware of existence but unable to experience such adventures without moving into a structure like our field of atoms.  There is an awareness of existence deep within you, it plays out all your experiences, and all the possibilities of your varied choices are in that portion of yourself awaiting you to consider them. Seeking out an understanding of the actions and reactions of all you have done and what is going on in the space around you. How far back and how far forward in the movement of life that your awareness is able to take you can only be determined by your connection to knowledge and imagination, and I have one game that I do to try and grow in my connection to each. Let your grip on right here right now go for a few minutes, step back into the first memory that pops into your head, let it play out what happened over the next minute or two.  You may find yourself in the midst of a nightmare and you might fear for the loss of all that you know your existence to be. It is often so easy to be scared and deceived by a moment, you can forget all that you have ever learned of what makes up you. Fear smolders and creates a smoke that blocks out everything else. But you and I have more to us than fear can ever hold back. When one faces fear, accepts it as a portion of their greater being, then it begins to lose power. Fear can be strong, so we must often push deeper. You and I must open the doors to our source and find the light that is blazing bright filling everything from where we begin to where we are.  A hand reaches out, there is a ball floating in the darkness of space, near a small round fire. The ball has a rough surface with some liquids flowing and floating around it. Hot spots from where it's inner liquid core sizes to cracks the rough surface and oozes out to cool and change the shape of the land. The hand wraps around the ball and just barely holds it, as every portion of the skin that is near the ball softens to stretch and touch it. You see every cell that makes up the skin of the hand beginning to interact with the surface where it comes into contact. Slowly, the cells mingle and change both their structure and what is happening on the ball. The surface of the ball has sparks of a new kind of life and the formations that the cells create on the surface evolve into more and more complex structures around the ball.  It is amazing and wonderful to think that we are being interacted with by thinking entities from beyond our current comprehension. Our minds have been working out the puzzle of earth existence for a while now, and along the way we started working out the mysterious ways the brain functions. We have made so many discoveries, we now understand so much and can reach so deep into and out of what we are. We can manipulate the earth and our own brains to work in certain ways, always getting better at embracing the energy that makes it all up.  In our dreams we can see images of a perfect life that will inspire us to create in this reality what we have found there. Our dreams are links to the multiple layers of consciousness that we are unwittingly connected to. Imagine finding a way to be aware of those layers and each of those other brains choosing to share with every form you are connected with. Starting small, having two brains working as one mingled mind across both of their realities. Finding the point between you as mind dreaming in dimension A and you dreaming in dimension B, sharing two layers of sound two layers of life lessons and memories.  All the knowledge of the universe and creation are available to you, you can think and know anything. It is our goal to think, dream, read, learn and imagine as much as we can. Our brains have so much capacity, they are able to move in and with the layers of energy that have created this reality, and every imaginable possibility. As of yet, I have not figured out how to be tapped into everything at any given moment. However, I have found that at times the understanding of an action may flow into us as we need it, being open allows it to flow through each of us. Then as you are working, you reach a point where you realize you have done something beyond your knowledge, and a power that seems to be from beyond your brain has moved you in a lovingly creative direction.  Many of us have had trauma, bad experiences or straight up tragedy in our lives. We have to deal with these things after we have lived past them, and past events can be as painful or scary now as they were when they happened. These experiences can hold us down and force us to live in fear, or we can push ourselves beyond them and find a life more at ease. I can only recommend the path I know for dealing with past trauma as I consider the fear and pain of my own history. I look back to see a landscape of life floating within my mind, there are so many moments to see. Some moments I am a baby, a boy, a man laughing playfully. Others hold a body gripped in various levels of fear, and then the painful memories pop up like mountains, tall and hard to climb. These are surrounded by hills, valleys and fields; all my life, the good, the bad and the boring.  The brain is a tool of the conscious being; there are so many links between the various energies in form as each one creates portions of the multiverse with the flowing power of minds. We have joined our selves to so many different people here on this earth, and the connections overflow into the multiple layers created in our imagination and dreams. Every portion of our being is directly connected to the creative force behind each layer of experience.  You are existing beyond this body, our energy is the truth behind what you and I assume is being. You can move with, and as the power of creation in all the forms of your image, your current face is not the only one.  Being aware of how long the meditation will last, allowing yourself the moment of release can be worth a thousand lifetimes. This is the land where the sage and the seeker find the overlay of consciousness, where imagination and reality cross paths and one can foresee a billion possibilities. Each mind holding the potential to know creation under all that God is. You are the certainty of all you understand, how far are you going to allow the brain to reach? Learning is play for your mind, when you take it on as a game and don't allow the self righteous to destroy the dream you hold in your childhood.  Tonight while letting my imagination run, I found myself covered in bugs that were eating up my dead body. You may think it gross, but that is exactly how the natural world cleans house; it is actually very holistic for us to die and get eaten. However, there are so many of us, it would be quite messy if we just let people holistically work their way back into the soil where they lay.
