About Five Minutes

 I tell everyone, you can create your own reality, you push your energy to great levels when you build yourself up. Each day is a block stacked on top of the last one and with them you grow and you can drive change. But it sometimes feels like no one hears a word and in frustration I see this kind of thinking.  "We each exist as individualized entities, free thinking extensions of consciousness tapped into these little physical bodies. We as humans will often think that no matter what we are doing or what we have connected ourselves to, that we remain existing as those separate people. Really, we do, but there is a change if you work for a corporation or accept your part in a community. When you join your energy to a larger group, then you are wrapping yourself into that groups energy. If you are working for a company, when you walk in the front door or turn on your computer, right then you are wrapping yourself in the blanket of that companies energy. With that, no matter how...

 Going with the flow of the community, it is hard to not be drawn into the way that they are moving. The energy can be enticing when it seems like everyone is part of something bigger. But you have to decide for yourself if the group of people is actually doing the work to make the world a better place. We are each trying to live and get the most out of life; every human on this planet wants to get something out of being here. In order to do this we must each put some effort into creating a space for our own needs and recognize the same needs in every person across the planet. If your group is not taking part in seeing the whole human race as needing an equal share of what life has to offer, then the group must change or you have to disconnect from them if they will not do so. When enough people disconnect from a community effort that is not supportive of life for all, then it will have to change to meet the new mindset that its people have.  I wanted to do a little compare of the support for scientific research and development over the years, so that I can relate any current changes to those made during a large part of my life. What I have found is that since 1980 every leader of our country has added to the amount of money given to assist the pursuit scientific understanding. There seems to have been a general consensus that funding the sciences was a good way to spend a growing portion of the U.S.A.'s budget throughout the years. Per my quick review, there have been cuts to certain areas while other research received some boosts over the past 45 years, but overall money was added to the sciences. This review has found that the latrgest cuts overall have been proposed in two of the last three administrations. It is recognized that even as some administrations sought to add to the overall budget for scientific research and development, some years this was negated by inflation. How does a person show everyone else in the world what the gift of living here and now, on this earth, in this universe on this astral plane is worth?  Jesus spoke the truth until the leaders of his world could no longer ignore him and he used them to help him express his unending love for this existence to the point of death.  Buddha starved himself and pushed himself to the edge of life before he realized the value of his time on this earth, then he shared his good news with everyone he could, and he died with people listening so intently that his words have travelled centuries.  Siddhārtha Gautama, the Buddha was a wealthy man who had the easy life bowing before him, but his greatness didn't come until he decided to give up the wealth and find the meaning of existence.  Jesus asked people to give up everything and follow him.  They each chose paths which would both teach themselves and set examples of how this world can be experienced as a joy through ever...

We often think that we are physically fighting for freedom, but I have this idea that freedom will be found when all minds are unbound from the fear and frustration of their thinking that this earth is all that there is and there is nothing to go through after their bodies death.  These bodies are not the beginning and the end; they are wonderful gifts to be cherished and loved.  The minds we are given to use in these bodies are phenomenal, and I am sure some day they will reach that point of understanding.  But until then, we must work in the world to bring our living space to a place of balance for the humans we share this earth with.  I say earth because we are fools if we think we are bound to help others by the limits of a countries borders.  Let us use our minds to really help our bodies and as many bodies as we can across the globe.  These bodies of ours do have limits in this physical world, but how far do the brains wrapped up as part of these limi...
