About Five Minutes

 Who do you follow? Do you accept who you are? Can you look in the mirror to see your entire history with all the wicked thoughts mingled with the good, and still love the human that is there? Can you accept that you are still wonderful and lovable despite all those actions that you think were not your best moments? You are a dynamic history of experiences and you may have done horrible things, or you may have just done a little bad; either way you should know that you are more than your actions in the past. Even if you have been a saint your whole life, it does not make up all that you are and once we each open our minds and hearts to the many layered and ever changing beings that we are, that is when you can start to live as a whole person.  Who do you follow? As a whole person you can recognize others who are not living as one within their own self. Because you have embraced every part of your self, you can see when someone is hiding part of their own being from themselves....

 We are such a multifaceted and multiexperiential presence in existence that it can be amazing to the point of complete awe. When you recognize the self as energy, the light touching into the folds of space, time, physical and mental awareness you may first see your self as one wrapped into a little human body. Your thinking and experiencing form will stay in that state until you open your senses to merge with everything around you. Then after time and perhaps multiple meditations on this process of change in perception using spiritual practices, you will find generations of self here and now within your awareness. As a needle pushed into many layers of fabric placed one atop another 5, 10 or 100 sheets thick, it causes the fabric to bend and wrap around it.
