About Five Minutes

 Being a portion of a wave of energy in the multiverse, we each have the power to be aware of everything. From my position I look back at our planet, the mother earth, and I see life spanning centuries to reach us here and now. A planet born out of the energy of a star, going through changes, fires, bubbling molten stone from her core and getting pelted by free flying asteroids and other types of solar moons. But through this all the earth has developed and expanded her ability to think, using an evolution playing out on her surface, that she hopes will eventually result in her existence being taken out into the vastness of space and time through our abilities. We will project ourselves out beyond the solar system, floating off like spores prepared to seed other worlds. We will not be here forever, there is more for us out there. Love, PEACE

Forever strive towards new beginnings and through challenges, seek change and movement forward in life. But still remember to take time to reflect upon all the life you have lived and the evolution of your being and consciousness. Know who you are and see who you have been, rejoice in your development.  As we drift, free floating orbit within free floating orbit, and so on into the depths of the universe, I see layers of all reality peeling away within and without. We can stretch our minds out across the universe, out beyond the galaxies and beyond any possible edge, until we find ourselves looking into a base structure that allows for varying wavelengths of perception to create what can be pictured as an onion form of space-time continuums. Choose a layer and step into a form that can perceive the grouping of wavelengths and experience the reality it brings.  You are more than just a human on earth, we are more than humans in space. We have access to so many lives and the forms to live them through await our opening up to their senses and allowing ourselves to enter the various worlds in the multiverse.  There are so many reasons to hate this world. There are the little things that can be frustrating and leave us questioning reason; like the actions of other people when they seem to be making choices out of ignorance. If we disagree with a political official or the education system it can make us angry at everything. Sometimes it is witnessing racism, class descrimination or other social injustice that we feel powerless against. With natural disasters wiping out homes, towns and even cities, it seems like the world itself is against us. We can find violence, pain, murder, and a continuous stream of death pouring across the Earth; all of which can make this place seem so unwelcoming and we may grow to despise everything. But I wonder over my focus, and consider the possibility of finding reasons to hate this place a little less.  The seasons of our world vary across it's vast surface, and each variety offers its own wonders. In some areas one may find a slowing down with snow, a rebirth with the rains, bright colors under the sun and then the pleasing coolness of cloud covered skies as leaves fall. While in other places there will be what may seem like a continuous sunny day all year round. As different as the valley can be from the mountain top, and the poles from the equator, so too the weather systems vary over the land and in its seas.  People also come with a variety of seasons; sometimes we are warm and sunny, inviting people into our moment with a smile. Other times we can be cold and rain down on the feelings or experiences of those around us. The way we interact with people can express the season of our emotional state, and often it will. But we can have emotions and still allow people to have their own experiences in any given moment that they find themselves, even when they are in our proxi...

It is hard to look at someone who seems to be acting out in a prejudice way and think that they deserve love. It is difficult to listen to language that speaks against another person or group and find care in your heart for the person behind the voice. It can feel like they are purposefully building walls to block you from having a view or opinion that is different from their own and to find a way to connect to one another. But as soon as you stop telling them your story and sharing your thoughts with them in a calm reminding way, then you are putting up walls too.  If you were taught that a certain group of people is less than you from your early childhood, then it will be difficult for you to change that belief without interacting with people that can open your eyes to a more balanced view. Mahatma Gandhi was quoted: "An eye for eye only ends up making the whole world blind. Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony. The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong. Where there is love there is life. In a gentle way, you can shake the world. The future depends on what we do in the present." This man is said to have had quite an affect on the world. It seems he got results through intelligent speach, peaceful protest, peaceful despite action taken against him and his community, and his own calm action.  On the other hand we see that wars have been waged for centuries, anger and violence poured out from one group to another; often leaving greater poverty in the wake of such actions. We are good at destroying each other with words and violent force, but it often destroys both sides in various ways.
