Working for

Death is a part of every life, either you are working your way to it or your working your way through a full life on the way to it. How you choose to live your life can have such an affect on what you get from living. I know the desire to sit and watch shows or just eat whatever junk food you can and then sleep, it is all so readily available. We can easily let the world spin as we quietly slip into death without leaving much behind for the people that remain. But the more you do the more stories you have to tell, and if you try to learn a little as you move through your activities the better prepared you will be to share something that others may be able to use down the road. Getting out there and doing things is also an amazing way to keep the body from deteriorating too fast and helps to retain muscle for better mobility as you age. Living to be an active person taking in experiences can bring you joy and pull wonder back into life. Start small, if you spent the last ten years sitting and flipping through videos, then maybe go for a walk in the local park that has a paved paths or walk around the local village. In a few weeks you can step it up to a park that has some hills or dirt trails and in a few months you may climb a small mountain. There are towns to visit, buildings and natural beauties to admire. You can build a life that will inspire others and give you some excellent memories as you are dying and stepping out of the connection to your body. Death will come, but you can make the life leading up to that moment and adventure instead of a flowing screen of other people's experiences. Make it fun.
Love,
PEACE
