Equity

When we recognize the status of each and every human as an extension of the whole that reality has brought forth for the joy of experiencing this world within our solar system, galaxy and universe. While taking the time to understand that as such, each individual has the right to receive an equal compensation based on time given to the working world regardless of status in a corporation or independent employment. When a certain set of humans is compensated, be it by a company or even a government, in a fashion that unequally allows them access to such luxuries as food and a comfortable independent home, then equity is lost and no matter how much face value a government or company puts into the ideals of accessibility, diversity, equity and inclusion it does not make up for the discrepancies in income and reward that different people receive for giving part of their life for the betterment of the human experience. Neither position nor degree of education is enough to qualify anyone to receive extra compensation for the time they are giving out of their own life experiences to be part of the productive and creative world. Everyone puts in time between their birth and death despite how they choose or are guided to give to society. They should be recompensed for the time they put in to serving society with effort and quality in mind. Every human that puts an effort into doing something useful or good for societies mental or physical well-being should be equally compensated for the time they invest. We should begin to recognize the connection that each of us has to that which brings forth all existence, and share the same rewards for giving some of our lives to the world. Time is money and your time should be equally compensated.
