Our understanding determines who we are and how we choose to act out this play of human reality.  If we understand ourselves as human, flesh and bone, then all life and emotion revolves around that and we act upon our history and emotions which have been evolving since our birth.  We allow our activities here to affect our emotional state and we begin to follow the emotions of our bodies rather than follow the flow of energy and experiences that come along in our lives.  I do this, due to the depth of our confusion, born into us by the layers of awareness in the human form, it is often seemingly impossible not to.  But it seems that at least once in every lifetime each human mist get a glimpse into that greater flowing of energy, and they ride the smooth experiential flow; free from worry and emotional unrest.  At least I hope they do.  I also recommend that anyone who has the chance available to move in and with that energy more than once, let go any rocks that are in your way and allow your consciousness to move along with the stream.  Often those rocks in the way are nothing more than doubt and fear; while wisdom of old advises that those things should not be allowed to hold us back.

 We'll start off with that point as you have just fallen asleep, when you slip away into that darkness where are you? Are you aware of your body, conscious of anything at all? Do you have any concerns, worries, joy, doubts, or fears? When you think about it, that part of you which is aware of anything at all, that part became absolutely nothing last night and has done so every time you have slept since the day you were born. Every night you go back to the beginning, the absence of all awareness, you become nothing in your own consciousness. In many spiritual understandings, everything begins at nothing. People question how that can be, what can come from nothing? Crossed lines

 The waves of consciousness are flowing in and around us, each individual human is a movement of energy in the pool of streaming existence. We connect to various other energies that have been separated out from the source to play out lifespans in the layers of creation. Working through existing as we attempt to know what being here actually is. I am seeking self control by trying to tap into ancient memories of understanding while also holding as many portions of possible outcomes in my mind as I can imagine. It is difficult to not focus on the other moving local streams and keep my thoughts heading towards true knowledge.
