Hungry
Each cell in your body should always be a little hungry. The mitochondria run on oxygen and glucose to give the rest of the cell energy. Sodium, potassium, calcium and water are the other main tools that our building block cells use. We need this very simple combination in just the right quantities to keep these little guys running at their best. Iron, folate, B2, B12 and B3 are needed by our blood cells to work properly. Other nutrients are needed in small amounts but this covers the basics needed for cellular survival which is our survival even to the level of DNA production.
Our needs are simple, we only want to eat beyond our needs because we desire taste or comfort. Sadly the food in my country has been reprogrammed to make me grow and want more than what is necessary. Because of this I try to avoid certain ingredients like wheat, corn and soy to mention a few. It is interesting to find that when you try to eat a natural diet like grass fed and prairie raised animal products along side organic vegetables or ones you washed with vinegar and water, you eventually may find yourself buying less quantity because your body craves less. Cutting out a lot of the altered grains, meats, etc. really affects what your body wants. I will only say one thing about sugar, it needs boundaries.
When you eat healthy and your body becomes accustomed to those good foods it is amazing how it can survive on less and still grow stronger. Our bodies work just fine when they are hungry a little more often. We are amazing machines, keeping ourselves well oiled with olive and coconut oil we can run on less gas, we end up being cleaner throughout our entire form, all the way down to the building blocks. Our cells do not ask a lot of us, and they are each strong little living creatures that are designed to keep us whole and alive. We should consider living by feeding our cells rather than our stomachs, maybe we can create a change in how we feel.
Love,
PEACE
