About Five Minutes

 When someone has hurt you, no matter the intention of the action against you, it can leave a scar like a brand that was placed on on your mind and heart. How long you focus on the brand determines how much of your life they took control of. The more you allow their actions to flow through your mind over time the more power they have over your heart and life even if they are unaware. Up to and after their death we might allow them to rule over our lives and drive our actions and the changes we make because of how much focus we put on what they did to us. In order to get our own power back we have to stand up in our hearts and minds and let them know that we are done giving in to their will and we are not going to focus on the little speck of energy they are in our lives. We can be bigger, more powerful and free of them 99% of the time and when our focus is on living in the beauty of the world that surrounds us now, then we have taken back our existence.  There are so many lives and billions of experiences within each life that can create a different layer of the play you are able to take part in as a conscious being that exists outside every body. Tapping into a portion of other areas in the layers you can be aware of the connections between yourself and one or many humans through visiting worlds being made alone or in unison beyond the state of the unconscious. Imagine that you are lying on a comfortable table that holds you perfectly and keeps you just the right temperature. On this bed you are so relaxed and sleepy, in fact you feel like you just woke from a dream and you are happy to be back. You're in a room filled with soothing light and you just want to stay snuggled there forever if you could. You feel a sense of peace and ease flowing over your mind and body. Your eyes look up and you see an alien face looking down at you as it is playing with the chemicals and energy flowing in your revealed brain. Your eyes meet and t

 I was reminded of the laws of physics and that this reality is so heavily bound to them through the creative power of all that makes up exactly what it is. Through time we have seen the fabric of reality ripped open and sown closed in a new light by discoveries in science. The original science being the spiritual quest for understanding which had to include the truths of realities wonder in how it is made up. When one breaks through the current layers of their own understanding and discover a secret hidden in the layers of creation, they may find it is only for themselves and every other mind that they can touch within the confines of imagination. The ideas behind it must then face time and have the energy needed to be moved in as a truth of science in this reality. If the individual cannot get enough buy in on their new level of understanding, then it can remain valid for the few because it created a change in their lives at the moment of the epiphany and when they could envision the
