With the power and influence they hold it can be difficult to stretch into the self as energy consciously overlooking as it all plays out. But that level of being is available for your brain to use and move into. When you have that in you, your presence can enjoy the whole experience as every now opens to you.  As time plays it's jolly game of manipulation in space, one must avoid the flow which it pushes into atomic wonder. We are movement of energy beyond all assumptions of physical being and we can control the reflection of our presence as it is shining back at us from this reality. Let your mind be the avenue of your power, streaming light and thought to fill your atoms with energy, while knowing their continuous activity and nuclear timeframe.  Beyond minds we may find a position where our individual layers of thoughts are mingled and we can create landscapes for playing out experiences without affecting the body we have tapped into in this reality. We are able to be of this world and within a million other worlds as we grow our ability to be conscious of ourselves as more than just the body. Yet it is the miracle of our bodies that gives us the brain to use as a launch pad for knowing these many lives inside the all knowing that is holding the full creative flow of existence.
